    I met David on Friday 30th January to discuss the letting, and at the time I thought he was being optimistic when he said, “We would hope to find you suitable tenants within two weeks.” I wasn’t sure, but David was confident — and he delivered. He not only found a tenant within a week, but also managed to move them in within that same week.
