We had a super smooth tenancy thanks to Robert Mecaj at David Harris & Co - just fantastic since day one. On our initial meeting Robert was kind enough to take us around the local area, even drove us in his personal car from one viewing to another, was able to show us a beautiful newly renovated property that hadn't even been listed yet, and was fanatic and efficient with getting the paperwork sorted and allowing us to get moved in very quickly. We stayed at the property for just over 1.5 years (after which we moved out of the area) and we had almost 0 problems with the property or the tenancy. Any small problems that we did encounter were dealt with quickly and efficiently, and all in all we just had a very positive experience. On vacating the property Robert was incredibly helpful in not only dealing with our deposit return, but also with dealing with Barnet Council in terms of terminating our council tax. Really appreciate all of the great work from Robert and would definitely recommend!
